Cambridge examination (FCE & CAE)

This 12-week intensive course prepares students for the rigors of either the First Certificate Exam (FCE) or Cambridge Advanced Exam (CAE). The exams are given at ICC at the end of the courses.

A 9-week super-intensive (30 hrs/week) FCE/CAE course is offered each January.

Applicants for both the intensive and the super-intensive courses must pass an entrance pre-test on arrival. If their level is not adequate, they will be counseled regarding options.

2008 FCE/CAE Schedule
FCE/CAE	9 weeks (intensive)	January 7 - March 7
FCE/CAE	12 weeks	March 17 - June 6 (Official exam days June 9-13) September 15 - December 5 (Official exam days Dec 8-12)

2009 FCE/CAE Schedule
FCE/CAE	9 weeks (intensive)	January 12 - March 13 (Official exam day March 14)
FCE/CAE	12 weeks	March 23 - June 12 (Official exam days June 16-17) September 14 - December 4 (Official exam days Dec 8-9)

ICC was the first site in Hawaii to be approved for the FCE and CAE exams. We have been successfully offering these exams since 1998.
