ICC Students Meet David Beckham!

Friday, February 22 2008 at 12:56 pm Last week Aloha Stadium hosted the Pan-Pacific Soccer Championships 2008 featuring four professional teams from the U.S., Australia and Japan.

- In front of Aloha Stadium -
Aloha Stadium is also the site of Hawaii's largest outdoor swap meet.



The teams competed in a four-team tournament between Major League Soccer, the J-League (Japan), and the Hyundai A-League (Australia). Among those playing were soccer's superstar from the L.A. Galaxy, David Beckham.

Ellen Kemp, the Activities Coordinator at Intercultural Communications College Hawaii, and Sandy Iwamura, ICC instructor and TOEIC Coordinator, organized a school activity trip to the games.
