Monday, September 22 2008 at 4:22 pm TOEIC (Test Of English for International Communication) measures English language proficiency for the purposes of international communication in a professional setting. Reliable and accurate, the TOEIC is recognized and accepted by recruiters, employers and educational institutions worldwide.Intercultural Communication College will offer the new TOEIC® Speaking and Writing test for the first time on October 10th, 2008. In partnership with G2nd Systems, an ETS preferred vendor, ICC is the only approved school in the Honolulu area that will administer this test.
